8.03am Arrives Redfield College Bus Bay

Afternoon

3.05pm Departs Redfield College Bus Bay

4.10pm Arrives Seven Hills after Bingara Crescent – Bella Vista

Fee & Application

Service Fee: Free of charge until Term 4, 2024. $390 (Incl. GST) per student, per term in 2025.
The fee for the bus service will invoiced termly and payable at the start of each term.
This form is only an application for a seat and is no guarantee of a place. If you receive a place you will receive an email confirmation at the start of Term.
Bus passes are issued by the Administration office at your school.
Both bus driver and the school will have a list of the students booked on the bus.

Conditions for Application

I/We apply for allocation on the Redfield College Private Bus Service. I/We understand that:

All students must remain seated with seat belts on at all times
Any report of misconduct on the bus may result in my child’s withdrawal from this service.
All cancellations of the service must be received in writing to admin@redfield.nsw.edu.au at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the Term.

How to Apply for a Bus Seat

Log in to Engage Parent Portal

Every family is issued an Engage Parent Portal account.

Step 1

Click Book Activities under your child's name.

Booking is per child. Repeat the steps per child.

Step 2

Ensure correct Academic Year is shown next to the name. Click the arrow down to change it.

Click the arrow 🔼 on the right to expand the box. Read the details and Terms & Conditions.

Click on Schools Bus Service link to register

Step 3

Cost for 2025 : $390

Day and Time: Just select one day and time available on the list. Your selection will apply in all the days and times. Monday to Friday - Morning and Afternoon (Return).

Click the [ ℹ️ ] icon for additional information and Terms & Conditions.

Tick the activity "Redfield Private Bus" for enrollment

To Cancel: Untick the activity to cancel your application

Click on Drop down list to select another child (if any).

Note:

If you receive a place you will receive an email confirmation including your invoice at the start of the Term.
