Viewing Other Assessments

(MapsGrowth, AAS,Naplan)

under DMS on Engage Portal

Step 1:

Once you have logged into the Engage Parent Portal Home Page, Select ‘ View Details’ under the photograph of your child.

Step 2:

On the left side menu, ensure that it is expanded as shown on the image on the left.

Click on DMS

Step 3: Example MapsGrowth

On DMS page: Follow 1 - 5 steps on the screen on the left.

Select "MapsGrowth" under Assessment

2-3. Shortcut to set the Date Range : D-Day | W-Week | M-Month | T-Term | Y-Year. Or manually select the date on Date From and Date To.

4. Click "Search" This will bring up the list of available documents within the selected date range, within the ‘MapsGrowth’ Category. Click on the "View" Icon to open the selected document.
