Transport Code of Conduct

Bus Passes are issued on condition that all students know and understand their obligations as set out in the Transport Code of Conduct, as follows:

All students are responsible for their actions and conduct. Examples of inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour that can result in consequences, including the disciplinary process, include:

If a student does not respond to reasonable requests from the bus driver, then the students name and details of the inappropriate behaviour will be recorded and forwarded to the school.

Any substantial or repeated breaching of the Code will result on the transgressor receiving a warning (once only). This warning will come to parents from the school(s). A subsequent breach will result in a suspension of use of the bus by that student for a period of a week. Further breaches will result in more significant suspensions of either a term or more. The bus driver will take the names of any student breaching the Code and refer it to the school for the appropriate action.

The Pared Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate use of the bus service for students who do not adhere to these conditions, refunds will not be provided.
