Fee & Application
Service Fee $220.00 per term per student.
The fee for the bus service will invoiced termly and payable at the start of each term through Edstart.
This form is only an application for a seat and is no guarantee of a place. If you receive a place you will receive an email confirmation at the start of Term.
Bus passes are issued in the first week of Term, by the admin office at your school. Your child will not be required to present a bus pass in the first week of Term.
Please contact the school administration by the end of term if you have decided to Cancel your registration for Term 2, Term 3 or Term 4. You will be automatically billed if you haven't done so.

Every new family is issued an Engage Parent Portal account.

Click Book Activities under your child's name.
Step 2
Select correct Academic Year.
Step 3
Click the arrow 🔼 on the right to expand the box. Read the details and Terms & Conditions.

Click on Schools Bus Service link to register
Step 5
Cost - AUD $220 per child per Term.
Step 6
Time: All days are not showing up on the system but it is Monday to Friday - Morning and Afternoon (Return).

Click the [ ℹ️ ] icon for additional information and Terms & Conditions.

Select the activity under Available Activities then drag it to the right ➡️ under Chosen Activities

Chosen Activities: Click Delete to remove or cancel your application
Step 10
Click Schedules to book for another child (if any) or choose another activity.

If you receive a place you will receive an email confirmation including your invoice at the start of the Term.
Transport Code of Conduct
Bus Passes are issued on condition that all students know and understand their obligations as set out in the Transport Code of Conduct, as follows:
Use of technology must be appropriate and not cause scandal to self or others through offensive images, games, videos, music etc.
All students must remain seated with seat belts on at all times
Students will not be allowed to stand or to swap seats
Students must follow the driver’s instructions at all times
Show consideration and respect to both the driver and other passengers
Students are not to interact with the general public outside the bus
Cost of repairs for damage to the bus caused by students will be on-charged to parents
Students are responsible for removing their own rubbish
There will be no eating or drinking (with the exception of water)
Be punctual for all bus pickups. It is recommended that passengers arrive at the bus stop five minutes before departure time
All students are responsible for their actions and conduct. Examples of inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour that can result in consequences, including the disciplinary process, include:
Any type of teasing, bullying or offensive behaviour
Swearing and offensive language
Loud and noisy behaviour
Littering
Throwing objects
Damaging property
Failure to follow the instructions of the driver
Moving around the bus whilst it is in motion
Placing feet and/or bags on the seats
If a student does not respond to reasonable requests from the bus driver, then the students name and details of the inappropriate behaviour will be recorded and forwarded to the school.
Any substantial or repeated breaching of the Code will result on the transgressor receiving a warning (once only). This warning will come to parents from the school(s). A subsequent breach will result in a suspension of use of the bus by that student for a period of a week. Further breaches will result in more significant suspensions of either a term or more. The bus driver will take the names of any student breaching the Code and refer it to the school for the appropriate action.
The Pared Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate use of the bus service for students who do not adhere to these conditions, refunds will not be provided.
